Recruitment Procedures

First and foremost, the Employer (Client) and International Trade Links implement an Agency Agreement stating effectively the terms and conditions regarding demand and supply of manpower from India. This agreement is signed by both the parties towards acceptance of stated terms and conditions upon which the manpower trade will be executed.

Following documentation is needed as per the rules and regulations approved by the Government of India.

DEMAND LETTER
We do hereby appoint M/s. International Trade Links - India, stating the job categories, number of workers required in each category, monthly salary, duration of contract and other amenities for workers such as food, medical, transport, air passage, accommodation etc. to recruit the above category / categories of personnel as per the above Terms & Conditions of Recruitment.

LETTER OF AUTHORITY
The Employer will issue a “Letter of Authority’ also known as the “Power of Attorney” in favor of M/s. INTERNATIONAL TRADE LINKS informing the Consul General of the concerned Embassy in India, informing that M/s. INTERNATIONAL TRADE LINKS is their bona fide Manpower Recruiting Agent fully authorized to deal with all visa matters, submissions and delivery, with the said Embassy. (applicable to Middle – East and Far- Eastern countries only).

AGREEMENT OF EMPLOYMENT          
This is a standard employment contract between employer and employee.

Note :
 For a few listed Countries, the Demand Letter and Letter of Authority need to be attested by Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Indian Affairs of that Country. Also for “ Labour” and “Unskilled” categories attestations as mentioned above are necessary.
